Freight forwarding basics
1, CY-FO Terms: FO can be interpreted as Free Out or Free Over side = Free Overboard Italian shipping companies (Carrier) is not responsible for unloading costs of POD. 5、① transit goods(cargo):过境货、转口货。自输出国运往输入国的过程中,需经第三国时,对该第三国而言,该货即为transit goods。通常:货物于此第三国卸下后依海关事先核定之路线以保税运输方式运往输入国目的地。② bonded W/H(warehouse):保税仓 in bond to 保税运至 bonded shed保税货棚(货栈) bonded value关栈价值
6、"In transit to"条款:通常,此条款指Consignee在不清关交税的情况下使货物继续运输,目的地海关必于船公司舱单(Manifest)上见到相关条款才允许这一条款。因此,B/L上必有显示。 例如:到Arica(阿里卡)与Iquique(伊基克)(此二港均属南美智利Chile国的)的货物。B/L上的Consignee 、Notify、port of delivery中若有显示Bolivia者,B/L上须显示"In transit to Bolivia"(注:Bolivia玻利维亚为一内陆国,毗邻Chile) "In transit to"的本义为"转运至"e.g.:Shipment from Shenzhen to Arica in transit to Bolivia。B/L上POL填Shenzhen;port of discharge填Arica;place of delivery填Bolivia;Final destination也填Bolivia
7.
